Hi y'all, just sharing my subhuman Ascension from ltn to chad-lite, mostly through surgery and there's still more adjustments I want to make in the future but here's my timeline so far. I'm currently 22 and I'm about to have my 2nd hardmaxx.
March 2025 1st Ascension success (rhinoplasty)
November this year 2026 forming a team of two surgeons. One a oculoplastic surgeon to and two a oral and maxillofacial surgeon to perform a number of surgeries.
Surgeries include
Custom Infraorbital rim implants, lateral canthoplasty, epicanthoplasty, endoscopic Temporal lift, forehead reduction, micro/nano fat grafting, and otoplasty.
Here's my considerations/ procedures in detail
During the lateral canthoplasty, i want to ensure tendon is anchored in an outward and upward vector to elongate the eye horizontally, rather than pulling it tightly inward, so that we change the tilt to an almond shape without reducing my eye size."
Since the custom rim implants will handle the vertical lift of my lower lids, can we achieve the almond tilt using a conservative stitch anchor (canthopexy) to keep my eyes wide or will a canthoplasty be the preferred procedure for this result?
Epicanthoplasty Reversal: Executed at the medial corner to precisely balance the lateral canthoplasty, ensuring the inner eye corner is harmoniously integrated with the new almond contour without shortening the eye horizontally.
Endoscopic Temporal Lift with Forehead Reduction: Carefully synchronized so the upward temporal vectors do not conflict with the outward/upward vectors of the new eye shape.
Micro-fat grafting: Soft tissue volume restoration using micro and nano fat grafting. The goal is to establish a seamless, natural soft tissue transition and eliminate any visible implant edges for a smooth contour.
Otoplasty: Aesthetic reshaping of the ears to optimize facial proportions and profile balance.
If all these surgeries is a success which If carefully planned then I wouldn't see how there would be any complications, but then again after hearing about Frank and Taban it kinda scares me. So doing these high risk, high ROI surgeries is it worth it??? I need to geomaxx bad. Where should I live in Eu besides UK so I can set up a good base to travel and at least give myself a chance to slay Stacie's lol. Could Ireland be ideal for me, currently I'm In Australia but UK passport grants me access to live & work etc.. I've heard it's like the America of Europe which in my opinion could be good BC I don't really want to be around the pommy culture 24/7. Where else is good?
