700 test, 10lgd, 10iu hgh, 20iu short slin should be enough to get you jacked by summer, a bit more than i usually recommend due to summer being in like 14 weeks but still pretty safe just do your research

Just start with a base of test and hgh run that for 3 months so you know how you deal with aromatising then start adding more powerful anabolics like tren(and var for the huzz)
