Thank you bhai, I personally like face metrics, but his philosophy is do what u can, whatever is cost and recovery time effective, which is the route I took, i unfortunately got extremely disrespected to my face the other day but this chic which to me was the last straw to make a real change in my life and not just “self improve Brahh” I won’t go in depth about the situation nor did I blame her if anything I just took the fault but internally it was something I know other men around me wouldn’t have gone thru
