Not sure, GBP to PKR rate is really good these days, i will initially start with £10kgbp and if any more is needed i will just take it from my father who has lots of money/property there anyways. It's very cheap compared to western prices.

It really depends on the complexity of your case. I used to think paki rhino docs are good until I joined foid rhino groups where a few complained about top paki docs botching them.

Teeth and ears are fine to do there. Just be careful about nose.

I would still consult with jaw surgeons just to see how bad your maxilla and lower jaw are. Rule out any health issues first
