Let's be real hardmaxxing your face doesn't fix a broken mind. If you get surgeries but still have zero social skills and severe anxiety, you will still fail. Is investing heavily in hardmaxxing a cope to avoid fixing your actual life and social skills? Discuss.

If it's the opposite of cope, how is it not? My point is that if someone ignores severe social anxiety, poor social skills, or other personal issues and focuses only on surgery, they're avoiding the harder problems. That's what I'm asking people to discuss.

that's what i'm saying tho if ur mental is cooked, u can end up making bad decisions and expecting surgery to fix everything

it is based on mental and emotional stability and doing benefit / risk ratio analysis
