If I were a surgeon I would be learning everything I could about real hardmax procedures, how to preform them, and how to maximize facial aesthetics.
For example let’s look at dentistry:
Dentistry was invented primarily for health, not looks.
Better breathing, oral health, etc.
Now we have things like veneers which are entirely cosmetic.
Medicine evolves, often times diverging toward a more aesthetic based application.
Any surgeon who is able to, for example;
safely and consistently preform lefort 2, and able to achieve a large improvement in looks; would become filthy rich.
Rhinoplasty techniques are STILL improving and it was invented probably a hundred years ago.
90% of the modern population requires something like a lefort 2.
Imagine a world where nobody is limited to being ltn due to their recessed maxilla.
Imagine a world where lefort 2 is as common as a rhinoplasty, and you can ascend 1-3psl because of it.
Any surgeon who doesn’t immediately take advantage of this lack of expertise in the field, is a retard.
