yeah im mainly focused on just improving through natural means like skincare and getting to 12% bf but its just annoying that a lot of my flaws require surgical procedures and i’ll probably get only half of them sorted at most

Braces are cheap as fuck for the ROI and halo effect of having perfect straight teeth. People do other cosmetic procedures that are way more expensive or need to be repeated like fillers while braces are almost permanent. I feel like this is one of the most basic and highest ROI and cheapest hardmaxxes you can do. If you don't have perfect straight teeth already then maybe start there. Also don't extract teeth.

Braces will align and straighten your teeth but people who need braces typically need them because of larger structural issues so may as well fix the whole jaw instead of just the teeth alone
