TO be fair the guy did ask for something lowkey crazy and the implant did not fit 1/1 and infection around the jaw do have high chance of infection RIP bro

this one is old and done by giant implants who i dont think is incredible i once saw a thread about his results and it was pretty bad honestly check out other results on reddit by other surgeons by ramieri and epply and other surgeons in general

not true, i've seen lots of good results on this forum, reddit, and in consults (a lot of good ones are hidden away there)

people don't talk about them because hardmaxxing is very stigmatized in the west, especially for men, so they want to hide the fact they got surgery

the botch rate is just some risk you have to accept and manage

Its because either people go overboard, or do things that throw off balance, e.g projected bimax with noting else added.

I am doing lower jaw surgery and small adjustments like fat graft and lateral canthopexy.

Hardmaxxing works well if you’re smart about it. If you have a disorder, you’re probably going to go too extreme. Not many men are great at understanding harmony and just fuck that all up with surgeries.
