Through extensive research and studying results of surgeries i’ve come to a conclusion

90% of the time surgery is NOT worth it in any aspect, unless it is something simple and easy to execute such as a rhinoplasty i hardly advise against it, you will either get botched or eerie

Facial harmony in most cases (assuming you’re base at least lmtn), is fine, and needs to be accentuated via getting lean, and roid maxxes, aqualyx, any process that isn’t surgery.

Facial development is not something that you can force with surgery and expect to look natural and increase facial harmony, you cannot have PSL and expect to max out facial harmony, PSL without harmony is uncanny

TL;DR: Surgery in most cases is negative unless you’re a grotesque ogre
