I think it will make the nose more upturned and will fix midface and better jaw. Lefort 2 is better imo

i think 99% of people don’t really need a lefort 2 like it’s really rare but idk

If your an HMTN, lefort 2 will take you from HMTN to atleast HHTN-lcl

every surgery should be done after full scan of ur skull others surgery can do more than that if ur face has falios not included in lefort 1
