Trimax affects only for your nose alone if your nose not that reformed cant say anything without seeing your nose

Then you will need rhino and dont recommend jaw angle implants cuz they will look uncanny if they dont done properly id say go with İnfra and malar cuz they will improve your midface

Why would jaw implants be uncanny?I know I need rhino but I’m saying should I get it during trimax.Also what about the fact that ramieris technique for infra-malars is inferior and causes more midface sagging
