but fr tho if you’re talking pure hardmax surgeries beyond just that, rhinoplasty to refine the nose structure, maybe a chin implant or genio if the gonial angle is weak. gotta symmetrize everything yk.

I woudlt consider myself nowhere near htn. Besides that appreciate the tip and I’m working on it but that fat is kinda stubborn.
