Weight gain advice is extremly simple, just eat more. This is true, very obviously, when u eat more u will have more energy that can be stored, but many people (me included) have a hard time eating more, because you just cant eat anymore.

This is somewhat of a "case study" i will tell you what worked for me to allow me to eat more. Before, i was struggling to eat 3200kcal daily, i was forcing it down and it was disgusting, my macro split was 200g protein 235g fat and 80g carbs. Btw this was a terrible split, but i was just being introduced to this space and i made alot of mistakes.

There are different types of weight: Muscle, fat, bonemass and water. I can assume you obviously want bonemass and muscle, for some people even fat can be beneficial. To gain muscle just workout bro, to gain bonemass just abuse AAS and HGH, to gain fat eat carbs and fats together and to increase water (only benefit i can see is when you are out in the sun alot so you arent dehydrated) is to obviously drink it and eat carbs

My first, very water take is to eat more carbs. Eating alot of carbs longterm from MY understanding is damaging to the body, but shortterm for weight gain is definetly worth it, i later changed my macro split into 180g protein 220g fat and 150g carbs, so total its 3300, this helped me bring my weight up a bit but i was still wayy to full and was hard for me to eat more. Important to mention that i am just normally active person. So what did i do to allow me to eat more??

I noticed when i improved my sleep (from 7,5h to 9h), got more sun exposure, bit less EMF i could eat more and it wasnt even difficult. I could easily down 4k calories. So i would definetly give it a shot, improving your lifestyle. Now my current macro split changes based on how active of a day it was. Lets say i go to the gym and hangout with friends (15k steps) i would eat 170g protein, 280g fat and 300g carbs, this is around 4,4k calories. Very important is that you shouldnt do this longterm, u will have high LDL which isnt an issue on its own but with this amount of food, your triglycerides will skyrocket, HDL will decrease and real cardiovascular issues will occur.

Anyways, more things u could try is have 15 minute walk after a meal, eating fructose before a meal to mess up your leptin and ghrelin, drinking more water to increase size of stomach(maybe myth idk), and also splitting big meals into smaller ones (longterm can cause insulin issues)
