It lines up well with the lips and is within the optimal range. Genio would neither ascend you nor descend you, fixing the philtrum and ct would be much higher roi.

It’s good if you want wider zygos and pallet but it makes ur nose worse also do slow expansion cuz rapid makes you assemtryical

not getting mse, ortho wanted to do 1 turn a day for 2 months, that’s 10mm. I don’t think it’ll be a positive trade off, cheekbones might become more projected. But nose will expand and I’ll risk getting a balloon face

Well fuck, I need a small chin advancement I think 10mm might be too much. Canthal tilt is my biggest flaw so that’s also why I’m doing canthoplasty first
