I sent this in another thread, but basically if you want to properly assess your harmony you have to measure it from the mirror with a ruler instead of a phone even without distortion because of angles and tilt, etc. But also, harmony can be eyeballed by pointing out what throws a person off through bp knowledge. Same goes for the other four pillars, eyeballing with the metrics on hand is the most accurate and easiest way to rate yourself and others. Here's my take:
My conclusion is that everything matters for eye harmony, meaning icd, pfl, ipd, ocd, and bizygomatic width in mms and the ratios like icd to bizygo, the measurement you came up with, ipd to bizygo, ocd to bizygo, and pfl to bizygo, so none of these measurements and ratios can be too far out of the ideal, otherwise it would be perceived close or wide set (in the measurement and harmonious aspect, not the eyebrow spacing and nose width perception). However, I this pfl to bizygomatic width is the most important because that can help save close or wide set eyes, for example cookie king has a low ipd, but doesn't look as bad as marko jaric because of his high pfl just talking about harmony wise. And for wide set, your example with anna taylor joy and that asian girl. But besides eye area harmony i would take measurements next to a mirror with a ruler measuring a couple of times to decrease the margin of error, that's because it can be very hard to have a proper tilt in photos taking them itself without distortion and at the perfect angle. But imo you have to eyeball all 4 pillars itself and estimate their proper rating based on the metrics. Imo this gives the most accurate ratings for just estimating, a full analysis wouldn't be as accurate because of perception.
