it wouldnt always translate directly because the criteria is different, but it would be consistent, higher harmony faces tend to have more dimorphic ratios as well as more dimorphic features and bones, but if you account for things like total skull size, dimo scores can vary enough as to where you can have a considerable discrepancy

like arvid having 8.5+ total harmony but his dimo being in the 5s because he is turbo peanut, other than that his features and his ratios are dimorphic because of his bone development and bone placement in general
