Harmony relation with surgery

I see a lot of mfs on here talking about the importance of not deciding on surgery without knowing your harmony and whatever, how am I supposed to figure ts out

never heard of that Well, with a good surgeon u prolly wouldnt have this problem

@how you feel? lol u thought harmony was gonna fix ur midface recession? yeah good surgeons exist but thats assuming ur base is even worth operating on. if its genuinely bad u might need more than just a lil tune up.
