Perpetrator gets a lower prison sentence for beating someone to a pulp, the victim having to stay weeks/months in a hospital and having to live with permanent damage for the rest of his life.
Than having 'unwanted sex' with a girl which lasts less than 10 minutes and leaves no permanent damage.
And yeah the unwanted sex may have mental effects, but being beaten to a pulp does much more mental damage.

Imagine being a government shill, a leftist, being in favor of government, liking police, with anti-male legislation like this.
