Im not getting a side profile like this even if i get lefort 2 and rhinoplasty and completely changed the way i look

Infact im realistically never getting an osteotomy in this lifetime i can clutch onto hope that i can get fat grafts and canthopexy soon for eye area atleast

Being a curry with flat maxilla and horrible shaped nose is brutal im never gonna be mtn+ appeal wise
