Leanmaxxing does make you lose muscle if you don't lift weight at the same time.

I've been both the gymcel that fell for the bulking meme and the dedicated cunt that starved himself to lose as much weight as possible while neglecting weight lifting.

After I auschwitzmaxxed I ended up skinny fat at best.

Broke my arm so stopped going gym and lost all my gains, however I got super lean just from eating less food and 30 mins skipping rope everyday and got infinite more female attention jfl.

Iโ€™ll still go do gym when Iโ€™m healed, just cuz I enjoy it and I need it for mma.

Yeah that's one thing. There's also the fact that you have to invest so much time, lifting, taking showers, eating, farting, pooping, preparing food, buying it, commuting to the gym or wherever you train. Spend money.
