Broke my arm so stopped going gym and lost all my gains, however I got super lean just from eating less food and 30 mins skipping rope everyday and got infinite more female attention jfl.

I fell for this shit bulked up and before I used to get many iOiโ€™s and multiple girls per night but now iโ€™m lucky to get a fattyโ€ฆ

Im gonna stop the creatine and maybe just focus on frame widening exercises.

There is no denying it having more muscle makes you more masculine and manly, being better suited for survival is manly. Yeh I was pretty built at like 15% which is pretty lean and I looked like I lift in clothes.

Now Iโ€™m definitely 10-12% and pretty much dyel in clothes, but still look decent without a t shirt and face looks way better.

I was kinda exaggerating when I said โ€œlost all my gainsโ€. Iโ€™d imagine if the average skinny fat person lost weight and body fat with no muscle to begin with while not going gym heโ€™d look like utter shite.
