What are daily internal struggles you all deal with on a day to day basis?

My own personal idea so far:
An obsessive internal monologue of self-surveillance, body optimisation, and relentless comparison, revealing a man who equates physical perfection with worth, belonging, and the hope of one day becoming someone he believes deserves to exist.

i struggle with accepting that fact the its over and even if i get lean my bone structure is so fucked a sub human i will never be loved.
i also struggle with people laughing at how i look and feeling so sorry for me they try fill my head with lifefuel bull shit cope.

Yeah I constantly be struggling with people laughing .. when I first got super lean, I went to a spa and was walking around in swim shorts, and had people staring ... I was getting really upset and self conscious ... and then later on my girl explained it was likely more because I was lean as fuck and not a lot of people will be used to seeing that, but my internal insecurities ruined it for me

Yeah height and norwooding is a heavy one for me too, used to have shorter hair and decided to grow it out to hide the norwooding
