Schizo moment. Most of his high-profile connections have probably thrown him under the bus due to his horrible image.

You're incredibly dumb if you unironically think that he was dropped by anybody when all they have to do is publicly shame him to appease the goyims before helping him

You're incredibly dumb if you unironically think that a tarnished public figure socialite has value to significant high-profile individuals anymore. Following your own schizo logic, the Jews would have stepped in to save Epstein too.

Epstein is different, he was a threat. Weinstein is just getting shamed publicly but still has valuable assets and connection you fking retard. Also he isnt the chairman of some fking pedo paradise that could put half the earth's politicians in jail

It's not about the jews but Hollywood elite. Almost everyone in Hollywood and beyond supported Roman Polanski who openly admitted to raping a 13 year old. Jfl if you really think Elites would not have come into help him if they wanted.

He is clearly guilty or just crossed someone in the hierarchy.

Weinstein is a threat too, smooth brain. Hollywood is rife with sexual abuse (of minors, included) and Weinstein knows plenty of dirt, not to mention that he was involved in hosting major modeling events (Victoria's Secret). The likelihood that he and his lawyer have/are considering a snitching plea bargain is very high, but they've been pleading not guilty thus far due to the shoddy evidence against him.

Polanski's support persisted because he obviously managed to dodge serious jail time (unlike Weinstein) and continued directing and producing in Europe. Weinstein's peers probably helped him initially, but he had no saving grace from the California legal system and the onslaught of allegations (while being an American citizen).

Why isn't Hollywood out in the streets with signs saying: "We stand for Weinstein!" or "Weinstein simply did what we all do!", he helped and gave a career to many people there.

So Polanski is a fugitive while Weinstein is not. That only makes Weinstein better than Polanski. Low bar i know.

Polanski has still been able to make others money. The same can't be said for Weinstein.

Art directors don't make much money. None of his movies have been a major box office hit since 75.

Weinstein probably is more of a valuable asset than Polanski given that he's was the head of Miramax. And as such has dirt on more people than almost anyone else in Hollywood.

You're a disgrace to your own tribe for forgetting about The Pianist (2002).

...except that he left Miramax in 2005 and his most recent LLC is now defunct.

One of my favourite movies. I remember crying during the Piano scene. Didn't knew it was a hit. Still even before the success of The Pianist he got a lot of support from Hollywood and european filmmakers.
...except that he left Miramax in 2005 and his most recent LLC is now defunct.
But he still would have a lot of dirt on the Hollywood elites. Why does nobody in the Hollywood came to support him unlike they supported Polanski?

Daily reminder that no amount of status/money is going to get your laid with attractive young women.

U'll just be convicted of rape if you do that.

LLC still had a lot of box office hits and oscar winners. The Imitation game, Django Unchained, Silver linnings playbook, Paddington and many others

His ego was too large to use NDAs.

I already established that his most acclaimed movie was in 2002. The usual irony here is you going full schizo once your argument flops.

Polanski is a different case, because at the time he committed it, not everything was so publicized, and in France, where he lives since the escape, they have a more benevolent approach to it, because the age of consent is still 15 years old there, and in France they look on directors who made films in 60s -70s like on demigods. so the press let him, before the overall metoo started.

US government has tried to detain him many times under all kinds of excuses, but they simply cannot do anything if he does not step on american soil, France will not extradite people with French citizenship.

and the pianist was definitely not even a big hit compared to other oscar baits lol.

My arguments are logical and consistent, unlike yours.

And how many of them were convicted by the court?

Bill Cosby was convicted of rape and still escaped his jail term because of a loophole.
Read the highlighted lavender text in the Wikipedia article.

Your argument is that Polanski escaped jail time because he was able to make others money which even your evidence doesn't support.
No, it wasn't. Your reading comprehension is dogshit. He specifically escaped jail time to due his French citizenship.

Nothing in the text says anything about convictions only accusations

it's your which is dogshit.

You are claiming that his support persisted because he became a fugitive.

And then started claiming that being a fugitive didn't affected his support because he made money which i disproved

The major accusations in 2017 led to his charges in 2018, which took place after
Weinstein had a major hit in 2015 in Paddington.

Polanski's support persisted
=/=
being a fugitive didn't affected his support

He obviously lost a significant amount of support from some major Hollywood executives because he had effectively exiled himself from the US.

And then started claiming the being a fugitive didn't affected his support because he made money which i disproved
...by failing to mention that The Pianist (2002) was his most acclaimed and financially successful movie?

And that's exactly what i said dodging jaitime is an euphemism for being a fugitive.
You disproved by failing to mention that The Pianist (2002) was his most acclaimed and financially successful movie?
Yeah i oversaw that. But Pianist wasn’t his most acclaimed movie. It’s Chinatown

And? How many of the accusers were convicted? Even someone like Bill Cosby who was convicted escaped his sentence because of a loophole.
Firstly, why would the accusers be convicted? Secondly, what does Bill Cosby have to do with this conversation? The "loophole" was an alleged violation of his 5th and 14th amendment rights, meaning his conviction didn't stand.

And that's exactly what i said dodging jaitime is an euphemism for being a fugitive.
The state of being a fugitive =/= the state of not being in jail

As I've explained to you multiple times, Polanski's career persisted because he avoided jail time (by fleeing to Europe). The state of his being a fugitive was not the direct reason. Being a fugitive was simply a means of avoiding jail time.

Yeah i oversaw that. But Pianist wasn’t his most acclaimed movie. It’s Chinatown
