Has any male descended from BFR?

I'm not talking about full removal of the Buccal Fat, but are there any before and after pictures of people descending after 50-75% removal of the buccal fat?

Obviously its more common for women to descend as chubby cheeks are an attractive female trait that promote youth but surely their are very few cases of men descending, anyone have any pics?

Usually unfavorable plump shapes from buccal fat at low BF are sometimes caused by a lack of bone support to keep it all in place. Would somewhat advise against going straight for BFR and instead giving one's face more definition instead as fat keeps it youthful

most people dont need bfr lol the hollow cheeks look comes from forward growth, jaw width, zygo width etc. even the guy in your profile pic has a good amount of face in his fat pad area but its being stretched out to look like that from the bone. If he had near to no fat he would basically look like hes starving

Fillers are one option. They can give off the illusion of a leaner face/weightloss when in reality more facial mass was added

Funnily enough trying to find ways to fix my rounded cheeks at low BF is what partially sent me down this rabbit hole. Hopefully sperging out over looks research will pay off in the end
