Height halo is real. You can look like a feminine boneless cuck at 6'3 and girls will perceive you as more manly as prime Mike Tyson. It is what it is.

5cm would already be enough for me. I can fraud additional height with shoes.external fixator on tibias 5 - 6cm for safetymaxxing and scarmaxxing (5cm according to Donghoon Lee you return to 95% pre LL athletic ability)
stryde on femurs 8cm for heightmaxxing with <50k and scarminning
stryde on femurs + external fixator on tibias for trueheightmaxxing +14cm and cripplemaxxing and fuckmyproportionsmaxxing
No I have not done it but am researching deeply because I am a manlet
true, personally I got a decent wingspan and wide shoulders, so shouldnt be a big problem. My ape index is 8cmIt wouldn’t look proportional if a manlet got LL
Tall height also comes with a longer wingspan and torso
Not just long legs
Not necessarily. 164 with 173 wingspan. Casually can add up to 8cm without screwing my proportions (assuming torso slightly shorter than legs)It wouldn’t look proportional if a manlet got LL

Bro either way is relatively safe then, I'd say go with a weight bearing external fixator for tibias, least invasive, cheapest, used for almost 70 years. But will have severe scars5cm would already be enough for me. I can fraud additional height with shoes.
but lengthening the tibia bone, plus insoles/tall shoes would make the lower leg look disproportionally long I assume. So it's probably better to go with femur lengthening or a combination. Not necessarily. 164 with 173 wingspan. Stryde for femurs also good option, but they'll shove a nail inside your bones, and you'll need 2nd surgery couple years later to remove nails. Also at least double price. But no scars
