wouldnt any PE device be softmaxxing? because if so theres thousands of results with those, r/gettingbigger and thunderplace are good places to look at.

What are your stats? Girth is pretty difficult if not downright impossible to get permanent gains. Length is doable tho

Idk but from what I have seen girth is pretty much impossible to gain while length gains vary between .5 inch and 1.75 inches hard.

Honestly even a half an inch gain in length is worth it.

Nah you won't lose any girth. You can use traction decides to gain length, but there's nothing you can really do for girth except improving blood flow. Penis pumps make your girth a lot thicker, but it is only temporary so you'd have to use it before every session

A 1.75 inch increase is very very unlikely, no? Unless you're a hyper responder, I don't see that happening. Most common results is between 0.5-1 inch in 6-12 months. An inch is realistic if you're very consistent but anything past that. Not so much unfortunately

Even a one inch increase would do me wonders tho

Yes very unlikely but from lot of anecdotes from PE forums 1.75 gain is people who -assuming theyre not lying- have been using combinations of machines for many months or years. But if you can gain literally even a quarter of an inch in 6 months I would still do it

Idk how much of this is just genetics or what but last year I switched up my beating technique to gripping it hard as fuck and when sitting in bed squeezing it and like putting pressure. Anyways I gained .7 inches in like 8 months, and this was after I thought I was done growing, I was 16 at the time.

Warmup
•Get some blood flow
•Straight down pull (10s)
•Left pull [90° angle] (10s)
•Right pull [90° angle] (10s)
-Repeat
-Aim to pull 3/4 of your max stretched flaccid length [warmup only]
-Try to use 1 hand at your base
Workout
•Captain Morgan Stretch [Straight down-Fulcrum Under Leg/Over Palm-Between the Cheeks] (15m switch legs every 5m)
-Aim to get 40-50m daily (30m in morning and 10-20m in the evening)
Tips & Misc
•Take a break if u get sore or tender
•Take a citruline supplement (VIGOR) to increase blood flow, which will help with RECOVERY and GROWTH
Risk Management
•Always Warmup
•Start small (5 Minutes first week 10 next and so fourth until you reach 30)
•Never do dynamic stretches (an active stretch is when you move your dik while stretching it like swinging it side to side AKA Tension and Movement)

What methods?
I honestly do not know, but what I do know is the following:

-There are penile extenders which are traction devices which are supposedly the most legit method Examples in studies: Andropenis, Jes Extender, Penimaster PRO.

-Then there are dick pumps and vacuum devices which show results but people say some are short-term gains (like a getting a pump at the gym )

-Then there are exercises like jelqing and shit like that, stretching etc.

Never done any of them but that is pretty much the consensus around PE, aside from BS like filler and fat grafting ur dick
