Personally i definitely need to get infra orbital implants, if not then under eye fat grafting …

my under eye area is one of the main reasons im not able to reach mtn

The only things I'm considering are chin/jaw implants fat grafting for the under eye and rhino probably won't do any of them tho.

I’d also need chin/jaw implants but i don’t rlly want my surgeries to be extremely noticeable because it would be kind of awkward once like family members and friends start asking why i have done ‘plastic surgery’
