Has anybody had certified palatal expansion results through thumbpulling?

I heard of and did thumbpulling some time ago, I stopped because of a lack of motivation. But recently I saw @Clavicular 's thread on it, and it renewed my interest.

Therefore my question, is there anyone who did this shit and actually got significant results?

There is the clench theory where you clench all day on premolars (front side teeth) all day (ideally with mouthgard for no enamel damage) to get ccw rotation bla bla bla all the good stuff

You can chew everywhere except with fornt teeth cause youll chip them. Maybe clenching is safe but premolar is enough
