You need to find the cause of why you’re depressed to fix it, I feel like any type of therapy is useless unless it’s for trauma
Did something traumatic happen? Do you go to sleep late? Do you eat enough?
A lot of things that seem meaningless might be the cause of it

Ive been depressed since childhood because i was struggled with socialising, its mainly just feeling very lonely

now that im older i have a easier time making friends, but missing out on many childhood experiences still affects me. i went to a therapist when i was younger but she didnt do much.

Maybe you need to find a therapist to help you with your issues with socialising, the depression is an extension of that problem
I would say exposure therapy helps a lot
Go to a nearby city and start talking to random people, if you feel like you’ll embarrass yourself, just think about the fact that you’ll probably never see these people again
Try to talk to men first and then maybe cold approach foids

thats what i did when i moved to a new school in year 9, i started speaking to people and getting more social, i was still seen as weird by a lot of people, but at least i had friends to hang out with

but for some reason once i entered year 11 i became very shy and had a harder time speaking to people.

i do want to see a therapist but i dont want to go to one thats blue pilled.

Just be a fucking man and get your hormones right than the depression will disapear.

Its litellary just that - man up and get your hormones right.

(does not apply when your whole family died in a tragic plane crash and you lost everything or some hardcore shit obviously)

I go to psychotherapy (with a psychiatrist). They work a lot better. They don’t disagree with you when you say you want to look better, they try to convince you that you can achieve your goal of looking better by adopting healthier habits. They’re kind of redpilled compared to therapists

It’s not that “just that”. Depression has different causes

It’s fine. I’m pretty experienced with these types of things so I’m just trying to help. In my opinion group therapy could work pretty well with you, it tends to lower inhibition

I read about this from a psychiatrist called Claire Weekes. She said that shock therapy works for a time but it has the possibility of commimg back if you don't fix the root cause. Honestly why not. If it comes from childhood realistically there's not much you can do since it must be so ingrained in your subconscious mind. If it comes back again you can keep doing it.
