I know there are many guides and exercises out there, but I was wondering if someone actually did them religiously and what happened as a result or are they just copes.

Since September last year I've been sitting like this almost all day (as of writing this as well):

imagine not pushing your head forward on purpose to have more defines side profile :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

i tried for years. in terms of exercise, this is the best thing you can do

however , there is a much deeper aspect to posture, posture is proof of your emotional state and other things. people think its all about phones and it sort of is but hunchbacks have been described since time immemorial. good luck.

if you improve your metabolic, emotional and spiritual health, your posture will likely improve.


also, u need to stand naturally, there is no point forcing shit, u will become worse

I fixed my anterior pelvic tilt and forward neck posture.

Train back and shoulders, especially rear delts!
