Like with photos and shit. I know it sounds autistic but Im pretty sure he and duke dennis have a height + smile halo (neither have huge jaws/chins) and they have good midfaces.
Theoretically anyone should be able to get an expander and get that huge wide arch and ascend at least a point bone wise. If you have a palate and a midface like them (as well as dental alignment) this alone should put you in top percentiles and closer to them, looks wise. Ofc not everyone can do this because of the lower jaw. Just saying though, interested in his IMW no homo fr
