They actually do. An Australian show called “beauty and the geeks” has been airing for years. Part of the show is a geek transformation, basically the producers apply redpill to looksmax the geeks (tan, fashion, grooming, skin).
Some are fishy tho like this nigga Gilbert, he already has chad body almost as if the producers told him to looksmin for the show

The show still exists on Youtube. It had very good ratings, but I believe it got blue pilled to death by critics. I think the network was shamed into taking it off the air, IDK the details. The ratings were excellent though...
