I have yet to see anyone test out this method since most heightmaxxing methods are automatically dismissed and never really tested

How long have you been doing it so far? Also are you doing it daily?

i dont see how this would work youre just hyperextending your knees, hips, and ankles

Slight increase at leg lenght but cant progressive overload more bcz i reaches the maximum seat height. Seems like working if you perform it optimally

Doesn’t work. Ferris wheel maxing is pretty reliable though. Got me from 5’10 to 6’2 at 17yo. Costs a bit of money and time though. You also may get asked by the ride operator why you’re always going on ferris wheels by yourself (just say you like it, don’t spill the secret).

I did 30 minutes on a ferris wheel every day for 6 months and got just over 4 inches. Which is pretty good results.

The altitude decompresses your spine and you have enough time under tension and consistency to stretch it out and see permanent results.

I mean the hips and core should be stabled, knee and hips should be fully extended, it should really compel your legs towards the end. You should apply force into the pedal with fully stretched leg, you should keep your feet arched etc.
