but there is probably some truth to listening to some frequencies that can change certain things, forgot how it worked tbh but i saw some user here explaning it

I definitly believe that you get changed by what you watch, hear, think, do and see but subliminals videos on youtube are a big Cope to me.

In my opinion having posters of perfect skulls, postures, watching slayers, hearing orators and reading genius will be much more effective for what you are looking for.
