I'm not talking about a small red mark, like a really serious injury from bone-mashing, because people say that bone-mashing causes serious injuries, etc., but I've never really seen that Has anyone been seriously injured by bonesmashing? If so, please tell me about it in the comments below this post

if you hit hard enough sure but bonesmashing is only viable through mechanotransduction which results in temporary inflammation not bone growth if you think wolfs law is real keep coping

The growth of m'y zygo is visible bc of bonesmashing You can see all the bonesmasher have big ass zygo
once again that is the inflammation from mechotransduction stop bonesmashing for a few days and watch them disappear
