What I did and failed from ages 13-16


From August 2023 to December 2023 I bulked 110lbs-140lbs, still skinny fat after

Then cut from 30 percent bodyfat to 17 percent 140lbs-115lbs, january-march 2024struggled to get below 17 percent bodyfat despite sticking to a deficit consistently and lowering it, then decided to do a bulk

Did a bulk from april 2024 to February 2025, 120lbs-190lbs, basically became a fat person with no muscle underneath, strength stalled at 145lb bench

then I cut and now I'm still skinny fat 145lbs at 5,10.

Training was 5-6x a week consistently to faliure and sometimes even past faliure from the very start on an optimal ppl Jeff nippard split, bench Is 155, pull ups are 10, curls are 45lb for 1rm each hand. deadlift is 185lb x 10.


I lifted for 2.5 years for fuck all muscle, I think its a testosterone issue, I tested at 280ng/dl' last time I checked

I went a totally retarded way about it but you should do a smallish calorie defecit and once you have a decent ish build maingain till youre big ish then cut again
I never bothered with gear

went from 50kg skinny twig 2022 december, bulked to 90kg fat by 2024 december then cut from december 2024 to april 2025 80kg then from april 2025(80kg) to september 2025 (70kg) shredded 9-10% bf

then september to january 2026 i gained 4kg kept it stable, then bulked from feb to april to 80kg 15-16% bf, now may 2026 im like 76kg lean 12-13% bf

I tried to do it naturally but cutting and bulking is fucked when skinnyfat, bulking you just end up getting a higher bf%, cutting you have to literally starvemaxx to get lean cus your tdee is already low, even with reta it was challenging mentally and physically. So I just did a cycle, got like 10kg of lean mass and then cutting was far easier and I essentially stopped being skinny fat. If you don't want to roid just start with a moderate cut, but it will take many months before you can start bulking gain.

Is there a way to recomp to 12 at the same weight with ROIDS, Im 145lb at 5,10 which is extremely low ffmi, this means that once Im no longer deficient in testosterone I will experience rapid newbie gains

maybe I have high test now because my sex drive is extremely high and I'm just a really late bloomer, but I'm getting tested

Im doing a cycle for 8 months

Technically yeah you can recomp on test, but its simplier to just cut and bulk imo, it will take less time as well.

Let me put you on perspective

During my bulk from april 2024 to February 2025, almost one year,

I went from 120-180lbs, bench went from 115-150lbs,

My friend, who always went to the gym with me we were like brothers, after the gym we went home and FaceTimed we eat the same exact foods from the same exact brands from the same store, we live like 5 minute walk from eachother

We trained 6x a week to faliure, and he went from 120-190lbs but this time he has bulky/powerlifter benching 185lbs instead of 150lbs, and his forearms and androgenic muscles were way bigger

Why 250mg? I would go higher tbh, I did 600mg. Overall, it was great, gym progress was insane and I was only on a 200 cal surplus so I gained very little fat. I was pinning everyday and took accutane so I didn't experience much hormonal sides. Most important thing is dial in you ai dosage with bloodwork cus otherwise you'll feel shit and bloat

Im doing 250mg bc my test is already low so Im already gonna have great gains on 250, its only normal, grown, muscular dudes that need 500mg, not a low test teen who's ffmi is below the charts

Fair point but ironically it's easier to keep estrogen dialed on higher doses of test cus you know you're gonna aromatise so you can take ai from the get go and then adjust it with bloodwork, on lower doses it's a coin toss, if you take ai but don't aromatise you'll crash e2, if you don't take ai but do aromatise you risk closing your growth plates.

Since you're still growing I would honestly recommend just staying natty until 18-19, height is far more important and you can blast and get your dream physique in less than a yr when you're older.

other aspects of bones like bone thickness and clavicle and jaw width wont develop properly if u have low test, so I wanna take it before plates close but at the same time keep em open with ai

280ng/dl is low af for someone in late puberty tbh, I would take higher dose test, 400-600mg a week
 
I took that November 2024, I was born October 2009, right now I'm 16.55 years old, when I took it I was 15.3 years old.

Skinny fat just means ur fat with no muscle, cut down to 12-15 then mass up. Skinny fat is probably the best thing to start with considering ur appetite is at a middle ground
