No lycopene. Though lycopene might help your skin indirectly because of the health benefits. Just focus on beta carotene as it has the most studies proving its undertone change tbh and every other undertone supplement only secondary

More orange, I used like a sorta tanning sunscreen tho with it, so my face has like an orangy glow whilst it looks tan. Lowkey mogs hard asf and doesnt look unnatural at all. Lycopene might be worth dosing though, for the red cheeks etc but some people consider it a failo

I remember it was after Christmas of last year because I had got it for Christmas and I only took 10mg a day I recently bought more and I wasn’t taking any other carotenoid supplements
