I hear so many people here planning to take HGH but you never get an actual success story.

Has anyone actually exceeded their set predicted height by numerous inches, especially after not growing a while ?

I know people who grew significantly after 18 on a no meat diet, without HGH. It's GENETICS.

For some reason people start taking HGH and attribute all growth that occurs after the first injection as being solely due to the hormones. If your growth plates are open, and you grow on HGH you would have grown REGARDLESS. You have no way of estimating the extra growth you gained by using HGH. (It's insignificant for you unless you balls haven't dropped yet).

Even if you take it from a really young age, the evidence that it helps you surpass your genetic limit is really weak. There is a whole concoction of other drugs you can take that might work in theory but you’ll likely get cancer as a trade off

You won't really get cancer. A cancer risk increase always sounds scary, but your risk goes from 0,00001 to 0,001 (don't quote me on this).

They just don't work, unless implemented very early.

I’m hearing the story that plenty of Korean teens are taking HGH for growth but I haven’t seen any promising results. They’re still pretty short/average from my interactions with them.

Maybe it’s only the very rich ones taking it though. The potential height increases in these 2nd and 3rd world countries might just be due to increased QOL not drugs

My understanding is that it will only cause meaningful height growth if you have a GH deficiency, otherwise normal levels are enough to reach your potential, provided nutrition is good. Basically in most people nutrition, sleep etc. is the bottleneck not lack of growth hormone

No way any of us could have had the money and autist knowledge to do so at that age

Even then it’s very unlikely to set you past your genetic limit. They might reach it ( most people don’t) but not really surpass it.

It could broaden your frame however.

I have growth hormone deficiency and I took hgh at 13. Would’ve been 4 foot something without it. Only 5’8 but at least it’s better than what I was going to be. Parents said they spent 6 figures on it… fucking insane when you look at grey prices. I went to the endocrinologist like every other week.
