I still remember as a kid I would sleep 8 hours and feel so incredibly rested. Now I can sleep for 10 hours and I’m still tired.

What is going on ? What are they doing to us ?

have you tried hgh? retarded answer but it really does help.

I could even get as kid deep sleep mode because of my sleep apnea

There was this one time my gf and I broke up and I was sad and tired the whole day, best sleep of my life

i've been using 2.5iu a night for about 2 months. not a crazy dose at all but i've been sleeping better and my deep sleep duration has gone up quite a bit.

When you dont wake up with dry mouth or sore throat you should be good. I mean in proper development yes but when you get recessed in puberty your airway gets narrower because your jaw collapse and so you breath with your mouth and then you dont feel as rested yk

I drank raw milk and i automatically got sleepy when it got dark and woke up at 8am without an alarm. Raw milk made me have good sleep.

7/10 of my last nights have been over 95% in whoop if you understand how crazy that is, not eating for 3 hours at least before sleep, 400 magnesium glycinate, glycine 3000mg, 400mg L- theanine, and i second, i also use hgh and it does help my sleep (although not everybody will experience this, some experience worse )

Would you recommend me getting a whoop or Oura ring to track sleep ? Does it really help that much?
 
Maybe you're depressed. Back when I was somewhat depressed I slept for 12 hours yet always felt tired
