Tbh I haven't done it much. Only like a few times. In theory it works, but I would assume you would have to do it quite a bit to get significant results.

This Asian nigga just started posting like a couple months ago . I remember watching his bonesmashing videos . Pretty low inhib nigga comes to the screen and punches tf outta himself Great potential to grow as an youtuber. I'm sure I'm gonna see results plus been seeing a lot of posts of users saying it works
