There's no way of knowing. My "expected height" was 5'9 yet I'm 6'1 but malnourished niggas could still grow past their expected height. Artificially nuking estrogen levels will of course keep your plates open for longer as long as you have normal igf1 levels you will grow taller

Yeah people who expect to gain inches from an AI are retarded. If you start early you could get realistically like 3 cm possibly up to 4-4.5 which is still solid but usually not much more. Just luck in my case I wasn't on hgh/ai

If you're considering hopping on bro make sure to double check your plates first. But atp it's unlikely you'd get more than like 1/4 inch maybe 0.5 if ur lucky benefit from it unless you were a very late bloomer

What I wish I did was take low dose var to lower my estrogen and test that way my early puberty wouldnt have cooked me
