Has anyone actually seen results with azelaic acid?

I've been on it for a few weeks now , trying to fix my KPRF on my cheeks and honestly haven't seen much of a difference, if anything really. I know it's supposed to take a longer time to see proper results , just curious if it has helped anyone out.

azelaic acid is cope, if you really want to fix kprf you need siroskin cream or vbeam laser

How do you even implement siroskin cream there is like no information on how to use it for cosmetic use
