Has anyone actually successfully attempted a DIY buccal fat removal?

I see a shit ton of people talk about DIY buccal fat removal like it's this thing every OG looksmaxxer did. Besides BradAniston, I haven't seen many people try this, let alone succeed. I would almost definitely not attempt something like this, but I watched a professional do it, and it looks somewhat simple. Has anyone attempted it?
