Has anyone actually thought raw liver tasted sweet?

I have actually never tried raw liver (I’m going to try in a few days when I find a better butcher) and I wanna know from people who eat the primal diet how does raw liver taste like? I’m sure everyone here knows how goatis said some shit like the taste of choclate should taste like raw liver or something, but does anyone actually agree?

It tastes nice if you like normal cooked liver but for your first time you'll be overwhelmed with the texture and not notice any flavor

If it's very fresh then I imagine it would taste slightly sweet due to the glycogen.

Only ever got a nice sweet chocolatey taste when i killed and butchered my own animals
