I'm looking for individuals that have bonesmashed while consuming an intentionally high amount of dairy and sugar frequently over an extended period of time. If you're a person who has done this, how did it go? Is Kent's method just a pile of horseshit?

You need proteins and minerals to synthesise and develop tissues.

Sugar alone will not give bone growth. Consuming 500 grams of sugar per day will cause insulin resistance and type 2 diabetes and glycation. It will destroy your health.

thank you, thats what i was thinking simply because 500 grams is ridiculous and short spikes don't provide enough for significant growth even over long time periods but the reason i asked is because ive just never heard someone say anything other than "its retarded"

i was more referring to the bonesmashing + calcium + sugar shit which the way he explains makes sense theoretically, it doesn't work based off a nuance in the way sugar signals igf-1 compared to exogenous igf1 which we both know causes bone growth especially in combination with bonesmashing. does that make sense?

thats makes more sense but it most likely still wouldnt work. bonesmashing doesnt really work because you dont have enough force to cause actual change and the excess sugar will end up causing shit like acne

also, nobody in this community thinks that shit works including me. I'm trynna see if anyone has actually tried it and has proof that it does or doesn't work. Now even if it did work for people i probably would steer away from eating half a kilo of sugar daily but.

tbh its definitely not gonna work. the sugar will just make you fat, the bonesmashing has very short term effects but the calcium is good so drink your milk.
also 500 grams of sugar has about 2000 calories ☠️
