Most of it is. The only legit parts of it are not frying your dopamine receptors and it forces you to seek actual women as a reward instead of fapping, but this is frustrating when you're ugly like me and are faced with constant rejection.

i was on nofap for a year, there are absolutely no benefits from it. if any it made my life much worse. i did it for "spiritual" reasons because i fell for the new age deception and the semen transmutation meme. also you just have wet dreams, i sometimes had 3 wet dreams a night, which is more coomshots a week from fapping before nofap. if you have a porn addiction or a chronic masturbator, you might benefit from abstaining from fapping for a while to unfuck yourself, just like any addiction. my life became 100x better when i started fapping again for some reason. theres nothing wrong with fapping if you have a high libido, but if you want to watch porn, stick to amateur normal stuff because theres alot of fake trannies in the porn industry (research transvestigation, unless you like gay tranny porn)
