Has anyone attempted banded sleeping?

For height growth. The method is jumping to assist bone remodeling in the legs then stretching overnight your legs and spine. Legs for bones to remodel longer and the spine for the intervertebral discs to induce some form of hyperplasia.

people have documented and gotten results but it takes months and it purely decompresses your spine. if you want to do banded sleeping for 8+months for 1.5 inches of decompression (which will go away if you dont countine banded sleeping), then sure

If it’s just decompression then that’s cope because 1 minute of stretching can decompress you. I’m talking about inducing actual growth

I have gained 2cm but i am not sure if it is genuine bone growth or posture + decompression still worth a shot

How long did you do it?
i’ve been doing it for about 2 months

also keep in mind that i turn 16 in a month so still in puberty any results that i have gotten could have potentially happened solely because of puberty or been a big contributor

That was definitely puberty + decompression + posture correctment + possible measurement error

i did my measurements at evening so i don’t think it could be that i made sure to do it against a wall too with my brother seeing it
 
I tried banded sleeping for about 2 weeks, a year ago. Nothing much came of it. If I’m being honest, I'm pretty sure this is a blatant cope, but my body was already finishing up puberty, and as I said, I wasn't very consistent or determined, so I’m not the best person to consult.

Yeah, you’re right. It just feels so spergy. I ordered these weights back when I was still in high school, so my mom would see me with these retarded weights dangling off my bed. It just felt silly and pointless, I felt the same thing with Masai jumps. I’m not sure if those are just cope, though.
