My jaw became less massive and dense and something around my ramus/ gonial angle changed.

Has anyone ever been able to do something about it?

at what age did you have the extraction?

doubt those extractions actually affected your bone at that age

just ur paranoia trying to make u rationalise the cause of your looks

Some people, (mostly models) who have non-painful wisdom teeth get them all removed at once for aesthetic reasons.
Namely, it can make the lower third of the face appear slightly more angular and contoured. But it's not a big difference.

There are no negative effects that come out of wisdom teeth removal. If they aren't painful, leaving them alone is fine as well, humans have lived with wisdom teeth for millions of years.
Your overall facial shape will be nearly identical to your face before the surgery, after the swelling calms down.

Most of the "changes" you see after the surgery are from swelling. If you take a before after photo of yourself with & without wisdom teeth 2 weeks apart, you probably can't tell the difference (if you were sub 10% body fat in both pics, maybe your after pic would look slightly more angular).

If you don't have hollow cheeks naturally even at low body fat and want them, perioral mound liposuction combined with buccal fat pad removal does it.

Which surgery can change gonial angle?
Well, there are many procedures such as BSSO and VRO while BSSO is the most common. It is complex af while it do ensures it can ascend the side profile. BSSO involves splitting the ramus and it repositions it. Studies it a while ago. Worth noting is ramus is too complex and costs may vary.

am considering fillers or implant.
do you believe in facial changes as I described due to wisdom tooth removal?
