ugh I want to believe mewing helped, my jaw is actually good under buccal fat and I've been mewing for 4 years. I haven't chewed yet so im gonna add that. im not crazy, mewing has validity to it.

I just ordered falim gum and chewing devices. im gonna do this every moment. im laser focussed on this now

Damn how much did mewing change your face? and what areas specifically. I only noticed that my hyoid seems a little higher and under chin fat less fucked up slightly, but thats about it, no changes to eyes cheekbones jaw or anything bone related.

make sure your tongue isn't too far forward. and don't crane ur head forward tuck ur head but don't necessarily chin tuck or its hard to breathe

would you say that you had less than ideal development/mouth breathed a little growing up? I heard mewing only really helps you achieve genetic potential, and for me I have been nose breather my entire life with natural suction hold mew and I played sports too so i had decent jaw development tbh.

it messed up my side profile. I learned about mewing when I was 16 but never chewed

yeah. I think it gave me slightly more upturned nose but idk. im bitter for messing up my growth. gonna really try and fix and post results here. im 19 rn
