I have a pretty good facial structure with my two main flaws being a slightly narrower than ideal jaw and an over projected pinochio nose (that you can see on these pics)

My eye area and facial harmony carries so I don’t really care that much about not having the best jaw, but my nose is bugging the living shi out of me.

I would be interested to get a rhino as my one and only hardmaxx to deproject my nose a bit and improve my side and 3/4 view, but I don’t see that many people who underwent a significant nose deprojection

What are you on about? I have significant forward facial growth, my chin is even slightly overprojected for my face. I just have an over projected nose

Interesting. If you don’t mind could you elaborate a bit on why you think I don’t need it ?

I swear my nose has been bugging me since forever

I think you’re getting this impression because I have a very bad hyoid and I’m bloatmaxxed in these pictures.

I don’t have a recessed jaw and people in real life commented on me having a big nose

You don’t have an ‘overprojected nose’. You’re recessed

He's right though.
Your nose looks pretty much ideal, and your chin/pogonion is right where it should be. The issue is what's in between those two : your lips are mildly recessed (failed S-line & E-line assessments) which makes both the nose and chin look overprojected.
This morph highlights the issue :

Another component that might explain your fixation is a strong anterior nasal spine (ANS) relatively to the maxillary alveolar process, which would set the nasal base a bit too far forward. The ANS can be shaven down, but I doubt this would be a good idea here.

Does any of the above warrant surgery ? Probably not. Although, if you had occlusal issues and constricted airways, some users would probably suggest to look into orthodontics and bimax.

Thx for the explanation. I do have a bit of an overbite and I’m actually contemplating orthodontics to reduce it a bit and get my teeth a bit straighter.

So basically it’s a bit recessed and unideal but not that big of a deal to where surgery would make a noticeable enought difference would be your conclusion?

I would fat graft above the browridge so it looks straight rather then a huge bump

Yep, not that big of a deal, especially if we consider that side profile is cope ; in other words, front profile matters the most, so if your nose (and lips/jaw) looks good from that angle, you should not bother with tedious surgical processes.

Merci beaucoup pour ton aide man.

You can do the same thing with the maxilla no? To give the appearance of more projection?

I’ve seen your threads you are a very intelligent individual

Good, because that’s something i might be interested in, didn’t know it existed
I thought it was obv joke lol, but yea i mean you might be able to fat graft slightly in the columunella and above the upper lip. Def for the mentolabial fold
